Aries Warranty and Return Policy                          DOWNLOAD RETURN FORMS
Effective 6/1/2007

Aries Manufacturing, Inc. will now accept returns of either:
New product (stock balancing) for credit OR Defective product (warranty replacement) for fast replacement. New products and Defective products will be assigned separate RMA numbers and should be shipped either in separate boxes or 1 box with divider with 2 RMA numbers.

Stock Balancing:

Aries will provide credit within a rolling 75 day period provided the following conditions are met: 

  1. Product purchased more than 75 days prior can not be returned

  2. Return Authorization form 1 completed in its entirety

  3. Form faxed to Aries Return Department for approval (Please allow up to 4 days for approval and Authorization number)

  4. Package must be marked with Return Authorization Number Packages returned without authorization will be refused

  5. Stock balance returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee

  6. Products must be resalable (no store stickers, no price tags, no scratches or damage to packaging)

  7. Non-Aries products will be discarded

  8. Boxes may not contain defective product. (Defective products will be discarded)

  9.  Return Authorization Expires after 10 Days

  10. Product not in resalable condition will be discarded

  11. Credits will be applied to future orders only

Warranty Replacement:

Aries Branded product has a lifetime warranty for Manufacturer’s defects (Batteries have a 1 year warranty).  OEM/Brand name product has 90 day Manufacturer’s defect warranty

  1. Return Authorization form 2 completed in its entirety

  2. Form faxed to Aries Return Department for approval (Please allow 4 days for approval and Authorization number)

  3. Package must be marked with Return Authorization Number Packages returned without authorization will be refused

  4. Return Authorization Expires after 30 Days

  5. Warranty product returns will result in replacement only

  6. Product returned due to normal wear or abuse will be discarded and will not be replaced
